Who we are
Pour is a wine cellar app run by Silva Peak Labs LLC. You can reach us at support@silvapeaklabs.com.
Pour is for people 21 or older in the United States, or of legal drinking age where they live if that is higher.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or Apple.
- You can start one cellar, or join one cellar that you are invited to.
- A cellar holds up to 6 people, who share its bottles, notes and plan.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your cellar.
Plans and payment
- Free: up to 25 wines with a bottle on hand. The Sommelier and receipt scanning share a daily allowance with every other cellar that is not on a paid plan, so they may rest until the next day.
- Paid plans, bought in the Pour iPhone app through Apple: $4.99 a month, $39.99 a year, or $99.99 once for lifetime access. One plan covers everyone in the cellar.
- Every plan has fair daily limits on the Sommelier and on receipt scanning.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Apple handles billing, refunds and taxes under Apple's terms.
- Founding members: a cellar started on or before December 31, 2026 can hold more than 25 wines for its first six months. No card is taken and nothing is charged. Afterwards it returns to the free plan.
- If a plan ends, nothing is deleted or locked. You can still read, log pours and move bottles. Adding wines beyond 25 on hand is paused, and the Sommelier and receipt scanning go back to the shared daily allowance.
What you put in
- You own your cellar's contents.
- You let Pour store and process them to run the service.
- If your cellar shares pours with the Pour community, a pour's score and note may be shown to other Pour members, beside your display name or "A member" if you have not set one. Scores also count toward community averages.
- Share links show a snapshot of one wine to anyone who has the link, until you stop sharing it.
Assistants
- You can connect an AI assistant to your cellar from Connect an assistant, in More.
- Anything the assistant does with your key or sign-in is done as you.
- You can revoke it at any time on the same page.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to reach another cellar's data.
- Don't overload the service.
- Don't use Pour for anything unlawful.
We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
- Pour is provided as is.
- Drinking windows, scores and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Pour is limited to the amount you paid for Pour in the 12 months before the claim.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
Ending
- You can delete your account at any time in More, then Remove my account.
- Removing your account does not cancel a plan you bought through Apple. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
- If you are the only person in your cellar, the cellar and everything in it is deleted starting 30 days later.
- If others share it, it stays with them. If you are its only owner, make another member an owner first.
Changes
